Abstract


Breast cancer is a prevalent issue in today’s society. Immunotherapy methods have only recently become available with potential in future research. Over the last 20 years, scientists have expanded their knowledge on breast cancer and have developed a different approach to treating this disease. Immunity is what breast cancer clinicians and researchers strive for, this is a common goal for other cancer researchers as well. With recent studies and the discovery of factors contributing to the elimination of cancer cells, the future of breast cancer medicine is underway. Cancer treatment goals can be attainable with new ideas and solutions to evolve and potentially create immunity for patients.
