Network Analysis Empowers the Prediction of Prognosis of Cancer Patients

Abstract

Cancer derives from the combination of interactions between mutated genes in the molecular network. Network Analysis is a powerful tool for modeling biological systems, thus is widely used in the field of understanding the interaction between different genes, the development of various diseases. And the prediction of prognosis of cancer patients is highly convincing. Some examples using network analysis to study and research diseases, especially human cancer, are given in the wake of basic principle and operational method.
