Effects of Nitrogen & Gibberellin on Setaria viridis Growth

Dallas Ladd, Kayleigh Locke, Nick Abnerthy

Abstract

We hypothesised that plants that were given both nitrogen and gibberellin would show increased growth. Plants were grown in a homogenous environment and each group was given different mixtures of nitrogen deficient fertiliser, nitrogen containing fertiliser and gibberellin. We measured the growth and analyzed the results using PAST. Both nitrogen and gibberellin influenced different areas of growth. EndFragmentEndFragment
