Can Color Affect the Mating Behavior of Male Guppies?

Abstract

Starting our control trials we passed around different models and observed our guppy’s reaction. Next using the control data we made our own models for our test trials. We choose neon orange and true orange for our two models then placed it in all of the fish tanks. We collected data at each tank observing which of our two model the guppies preferred. If they presented any courtship behavior or aggressive behavior then we would record that.
