Abstract

In our study we counted the number of organisms in three different locations of the Dolese water system and investigated the correlation between the number of organisms and other measurable factors like dissolved oxygen and nutrient levels. We studied the water system by collecting and analyzing data from the inlet, main body, and the outlet. Organisms were counted through a microscope in order to estimate cell count over the course of four weeks.
