Abstract

This research was meant to find the correlation between the body’s temperature and its size. In order to find the data; cockroach models were made in the cockroaches average size, two times the average size, and half of the size of the average. Each model was heated 10 degrees Celsius and then timed to see how long it took to reach room temperature again. The results were conclusive, the larger the size, the longer it took to raise and lower the temperature. This means that the hypothesis is supported: body size does correlate with body temperature.
